How do I reload my card?

You can reload your card by returning to the place of purchase. Alternatively you can use BPAY to reload your card. The Biller code is: 50179, the Customer Reference Number is your 16 digit card number. Please note BPAY reloads will take approximately 2 business banking days. 1% commission applies to reloads as well as a currency conversion for foreign cards.
