How do I reload my card?

Cash Passport offers cardholders more ways to reload your card than any other travel card.

lnternet Reloads

Using BPAY® you can also reload your Cash Passport from anywhere in the world. Just like paying a bill, all you need to do is enter the Biller Code and Reference Number and choose how much you want loaded onto your Cash Passport.

• Please allow up to 2 business banking days for funds reloaded via BPAY® to be available on your card. A 1% commission applies.

SMS Reloads

Travelex TXT Load allows cardholders to quickly top up funds through a simple and secure text message function from anywhere in the world.

The addition of this service means that you have even greater access to your funds. With Travelex TXT Load you can now top up your Cash Passport on the go making it even easier to enjoy your holiday.

Travelex TXT Load is safe and secure. You are issued with a PIN number that allows you to access and load funds onto your Cash Passport card 24/7 from anywhere there is mobile reception. Being the cardholder, you can determine how much and when funds are loaded onto your card.

Note: Your Cash Passport does not come activated for SMS reloads. To have your card set up for SMS reloads, simply download the application form below, complete and send to the Travelex Customer Service Team. You will then receive an automated call to take you through the PIN set up process and then you are ready to TXT Load!

In Person

If you want to top your card up before you leave, you can also reload your card in person by visiting the retailer that sold you the card and reload over the counter.
